Relocation = opportunity

Rescue has no borders.

Pets rescued from Houston streets and overcrowded shelters are connected with families in communities where adoption options are fewer.

Up to 300pets transported every two weeks

USDA certified

Private, in-house transport built around animal care.

Only quarantined animals travel on the rescue’s private service. Experienced team members remain with them for the full route so they are never left alone.

Local adoptions remain important, but relocation creates additional opportunity for pets who would otherwise wait in a region facing a severe overpopulation crisis.

01

Loading day

Every other Thursday, fosters arrive one at a time after vet checks. Cats arrive earlier and load last. Friendswood Church provides the lot for this emotional send-off.

02

The journey

The two-to-three-day route has two alternating drivers and trained team members. Dogs receive scheduled breaks; puppies and cats remain safely crated. Stops are limited to fuel and human breaks.

03

Adoption day

At pre-arranged Petco partner locations, adopters and fosters meet the bus for the joyful final handoff.

Thank you, fosters

The goodbye at the bus is part of the love.

Fosters pour time, care, training, and emotion into every traveler. Updates from adopters keep that connection alive long after the transport doors close.
